About the Office The Office of the Secretary supports the effective governance of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and assists faculty and students in formulating and understanding the policies and programs of the Faculty. The Office is located in the basement of University Hall in Harvard Yard. Our office hours are from 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. For general information, call 617.495.1873. Prior to moving into university administration, she spent seven years in litigation support at    firms in Washington, D.C. and Boston.      Lisa Fountain    Coordinator of Databases, Standing Committees, and Prizes    617.495.4780    lisa_fountain@harvard.edu    Lisa Fountain, Coordinator of Databases, Standing Committees, and Prizes, grew up in New Jersey and Florida and    graduated from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia with a dual degree in Theatre and English Literature. She is presently    pursuing an ALM in English Literature through the Extension School.      Lauren Raece    Staff Assistant    617.495.1873    lauren_raece@harvard.edu    Lauren Raece graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a B.A. in English. Before coming to Harvard she    devoted several years to literary pursuits including creative and technical writing and magazine and book publishing. She    is currently pursuing post-baccalaureate coursework at the Extension School in preparation for graduate study in nutrition    science and policy.
