To Schedule an Event for a Student Organization

You cannot use this form to sign-up for a weekend film slot. To sign-up for a film slot, go to the Movie Series Home Page .

Please fill out and submit the following form. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Immediate scheduling cannot be expected. In general, you can expect your event to be scheduled within 3 business days of receipt of your request. (Obviously, we don't receive requests after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. Something submitted on the weekend, for example, will probably be scheduled by the end of the day Wednesday.)

The Science Center is very popular for courses and reviews. We can rarely schedule student events during the weekday. You will have the best luck with events after 9pm Mondays-Thursday or from 3pm Friday until the end of Sunday. If you need to schedule several events, you might wish to just send your request via email.

NB:  The Science Center does not allow live music performances.
