Rooms Available

Here are the Science Center rooms available for courses, meetings and other events. The rooms tend to be in constant use for courses and sections from 9am-9pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-5pm on Fridays.

  • Room use by FAS departments and FAS & GSAS student organizations is free of charge.
  • The Harvard rate applies only to departments of Harvard University and organizations chartered by Harvard University.
  • The Non-Harvard Rate applies to not-for-profit organizations only.
  • For-profit companies may not rent space in the Science Center
  • The fees below are for periods of time up to 5 hours in length.
  • An entire day will cost twice this amount.
  • These rates are accurate as of December 13, 2005.
  • Rates are subject to change.
