Lending Library Guidelines

Eligibility
The Outreach Program lends its resources to K-12 teachers, college lecturers and professors, as well as those affiliated with certain other community organizations. For further information on eligibility, please contact us at 617-495-8095 or nrc@fas.harvard.edu.

Borrowing Procedure
1. For our documentation, we require your name, your phone number, the name and mailing address of your educational institution, and the title of your course or community event. Any additional materials you can provide (syllabi, fliers, etc) are also welcome. You may provide these in person, or by telephone, fax, or email.
2. The item(s) will be shipped to you at no cost, or you may collect them in person.
3. You may return the item(s) in person or via USPS Priority Mail, but unfortunately we cannot provide the postage. An after-hours drop box is available at 17 Sumner. Please return the material(s) within 2 weeks.
4. Please write a brief email describing how the materials were used, who comprised the audience, and any other information you can share with us. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
