Services for Producers
The Harvard Events & Information Center at Holyoke Arcade services tens of thousands of students, visitors and local residents annually by providing information about Harvard and the surrounding area while promoting events of special interest. It has been designed to help students promote performances that are open to the public. In collaboration with The Harvard Box Office, the Center helps potential audience members learn more about your event and promote ticket sales.
Services Provided:
  • A 24-hr. window monitor that repeats a calendar of events on campus. Coming soon: capabilities to include your pictures and video clips within these listings.
  • posters and pictures.
  • Potential space for small material displays within the Center.
  • A mini-theater to show a videotape of your performance.
  • Shelf space to distribute flyers and brochures.
  • Performance space for brief concerts or other relevant events to help spark interest in your event.

Tuesday - Saturday: 9am-7pm
Sunday: 12noon-5pm
