Local ArrangementsThe Workshop will be held in the Forum Room of Lamont Library, which is located at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Quincy Street in the far southeast corner of Harvard Yard, east of Harvard Square. The Forum Room is not open to the general public; Workshop attendees must check in at the Lamont security desk and indicate that they are Workshop registrants; a photo ID will be required.![]() For a zoomable map of the entire Harvard campus, please see the full map. We will arrange parking at the closest possible garage for those who are driving; more information about this will be sent to registrants via e-mail. There is no specific conference hotel designated, but links are provided here to local B&Bs near the campus as well as links to general hotel listings in the area. Please understand that the Seminar office cannot assist in making hotel reservations for registrants.
