Morton J. Horwitz

Morton J. Horwitz is the Charles Warren Professor of American Legal History at Harvard Law School. His books include Transformation of American Law, 1780-1860; Transformation of American Law, 1870-1960: The Crisis of Legal Orthodoxy; American Legal Realism (ed. with W. Fisher and T. Reed); and The Warren Court and the Pursuit of Justice (1998).
