2008 AAASS Convention Registration
The 40th National Convention of the AAASS will be held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, 1201 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from Thursday, November 20 through Sunday, November 23, 2008.
The Registration Desk will open on Thurday morning at 9:00 a.m. Panel Sessions will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. The last session on Sunday will begin at 10:15 a.m. and end at 12:15 p.m.
All convention participants must register and pay the registration fee.
You may register for the convention online through the Members Only / Registered Users site (www.aaassmembers.org) or download a pre-registration form.
Please avoid long lines and extra expense by pre-registering!
If you pre-register by August 15, 2008 the fees are as follows:
- AAASS Member - $100
- Non-Member - $150
- Student or Income under 30K - $25
- Non-Member Student or Income under 30K - $35
- AAASS Member Retiree - $50
If you pre-register after August 15 but before October 10, 2008 the fees are as follows:
- AAASS Member - $120
- Non-Member - $170
- Student or Income under 30K - $30
- Non-Member Student or Income under 30K - $40
- AAASS Member Retiree - $60
Panel and Roundtable participants (paper presenters, roundtable participants, chairs, and discussants) must pre-register by September 30, 2008 to to be listed in the "Index of Participants" printed in the final program and distributed at the convention.
If you are paying by credit card (we accept MasterCard and Visa), you may fax your Pre-Registration Form to: 617-495-0680. If you are paying by personal check, please send the Pre-Registration Form with your payment to the address below. Please be sure to write clearly - your name badge will be generated using the information you provide on your registration form.
If you do not pre-register by October 10, 2008, you must register on site. On Site Registration fees will be as follows:
- AAASS Member - $150
- Non-Member - $200
- Student or Income under 30K - $40
- Non-Member Student or Income under 30K - $50
- AAASS Member Retiree - $75
